When a death occurs in your family, it is important to contact us as soon as possible so that we can advise you of the correct procedures to follow.
The death certificate can take up to 14-21 days after the burial or cremation has taken place.
A memorial service focuses on the deceased person’s experience of life in a manner that has meaning and value for family and friends.
A funeral service can be held at our chapel, your place of worship or other suitable locations by arrangement.
It is the family’s choice as to whether they would like to hold a funeral service or not. If the family chooses to have a funeral service, it can be a public or private service. These decisions are up to the family, and will be discussed at the time of the arrangement with the funeral director.
A private viewing can be arranged prior to the funeral.

The Assembly Area is available for refreshments and fellowship after the service.
