WHEELER, Frederick James “Fred’. Aged 89 years. Late of Oakwood and formerly of Baulkham Hills, N.S.W. Passed away peacefully at the Friendly Society Private Hospital on November 29, 2017. Beloved husband of Joan. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Neville (deceased), Dianne and John. Loving grandfather of Jennifer and Stuart. Loved brother of Eric, Noel, Neville, Stanley (all deceased) and their families.
