Funeral Service Options
A funeral service is the customary way to recognise death and allows us to honour and show respect for the dead as well as to help those left behind begin the process of grief recovery.

Cremation
Cremation Services
Full cremation services can be held at our Funeral Chapel on Phoebe Crescent, Bundaberg or at your chosen place of worship.
- Our chapel is fully air-conditioned and comfortably seats large gatherings.
- An adjoining Assembly Area is available for fellowship and refreshments after the service.
- Ample off-street parking ensures easy access for family and friends.
Placement of Ashes
Families may choose from a wide range of urns available at our office.
- Ashes may be placed at Springfield Gardens Crematorium, Elliott Heads, or another cemetery, memorial garden, or location chosen by the family.
- Some families choose scattering ashes at a place of special meaning, such as the
- Burnett River in Bundaberg, the Hervey Bay foreshore, or a family property.
- A placement service can also be arranged at Springfield Gardens, allowing family and
- friends to gather and commemorate together.
Burial
Burial Services
A graveside service may follow a chapel or church service, or it can be the sole venue
for the funeral.
- Services can be arranged at all local cemeteries in Bundaberg, Maryborough, Hervey Bay, Gladstone, and surrounding districts.
- Families may choose from lawn cemeteries (flat plaques at ground level) or monumental cemeteries (upright headstones and monuments).
- Our team coordinates all arrangements, including reopening existing family plots, headstone removal, and liaison with cemetery trusts.
Memorial
Memorial Services
A memorial service allows family and friends to remember and celebrate the life of a loved one without the coffin present.
- Provides space for people to express grief, share memories, and say goodbye in a respectful setting.
- Can be held at our Bundaberg Chapel, your place of worship, or other meaningful venues (community halls, outdoor locations, private homes).
Families may choose to include the ashes or urn in the service.
- Options for personalisation include music, readings, photo tributes, or symbolic gestures such as scattering ashes or tree-planting.
- A special time to honour, reflect, and celebrate a life well lived.
