- Hospital or nursing home: Staff will guide you and contact the nominated funeral director.
- At home: Call your family doctor. If satisfied with the cause of death, they will issue the required certificate.
- Unexpected or accidental death: Call 000. Police and the Coroner will arrange for transfer by the Government Contracted Funeral Director.
